The Bale Mountains range is one of the most geographically developed regions of Ethiopia, with the second highest peak in Ethiopia, a huge 860 square miles natural park and perhaps the largest genetic concentratrion of wild coffee varietals in the country, thus making for a high complexity in the cup. This lot offers a multidimensional fruity profile, which consists of figs, brazilian papaya and fine cocoa nibs in the same mix.

Great ethiopia origin coffee!

The quality is very good, the extraction is pleasant and smells very tasty.

Consistent deliciousness

Extremely consistent profile across a variation of water to coffee ratios, different temperatures. Out of the bag it smells awesome, with an olfactory overload that almost drives you to taste it. I am V60 beginner, and I don't have temp. control or any other fancy equipment ( yet ), and I'm still able to pull out great flavour from this one: rich, aromatic chocolate notes along with noticeable fruity flavours, that actually work together. Very smooth cup, decent body and texture, easy to drink and definitely no palate fatigue. Should this become a permanent offering, I would always have it at home.
