About our coffee
Where does the coffee you roast come from?
Where does the coffee you roast come from?
Our coffee comes from sustainable farms, carefully selected from various producing regions. We visit at least two different origins each year, where we get to know the farmers personally and see first-hand the processing methods. This way, we ensure that each batch meets our quality and traceability standards.
What does it mean to be "direct trade"?
What does it mean to be "direct trade"?
"Direct trade" means that we purchase coffee directly from farmers, without intermediaries. This ensures a fair price for producers, full traceability and a better purchase cost, which we reflect in the final price for customers.

What origin do you recommend if I like sweeter / more intense / fruitier coffee?
What origin do you recommend if I like sweeter / more intense / fruitier coffee?
We have a wide range of origins: Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Guatemala and Burundi, as well as blends between them.
The taste of the prepared coffee differs depending on the origin, processing method, roasting profile and preparation method. In general:
- Sweet and balanced → Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica
- Intense, with a rich body and notes of chocolate or nuts → Brazil, Guatemala, Burundi
- Fruity and floral, with pleasant acidity → Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Colombia
Each origin has a unique profile — you can discover them on the website, in the description of each coffee.
Are the notes on the packaging flavorings added to the coffee?
Are the notes on the packaging flavorings added to the coffee?
No, our coffee does not contain artificial flavors or additives. The tasting notes mentioned on the website and on the packaging — such as chocolate, red fruit, caramel or floral — are natural characteristics of the coffee, determined by the variety, origin, processing method and roast profile.
These notes are identified by our certified specialists, following cupping sessions, the standard sensory evaluation process of specialty coffee.
We also have coffees naturally infused with fruit (such as raspberries or other fruits produced by our partner farmers). These do not contain artificial flavors and are clearly marked on the website under the "Processing Methods" filter, so you can easily identify them.
