Collection: Blends

DROPSHOT blends are an essential part of our vision for delicious coffees. We select high-quality specialty coffees that, once roasted, have a strong dominant note, usually as a result of the specific regional terroir and varietal characteristics. Then we start playing: we blend them in different proportions, looking for complexity, novelty, balance and most importantly, deliciousness.

Please check the roasting style for each coffee so you can choose the coffee that best suits your taste and equipment. Please note that most of our blends have a complex flavour profile and are well suited for espresso and milk-based drinks. If you enjoy a full-bodied filter with a bittersweet taste, you will also appreciate these. If you prefer a cleaner cup, please check out our Microlots and Nanolots, we roast them more lightly and the separation of flavours is more evident.
