RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange . Please see below for more information on our return policy.
The DropShot Coffee shop is guided by the Return Order OUG 34/2014.
RETURN PROCESS
Before starting the return process, contact us using the phone number 0722 262 005 or by e-mail at hello@dropshot.coffee, with the title REFOUND, informing us in detail of the situation. This will be discussed with you and then we will start the whole process.
If you want to return an order or a product, know that it is very simple at Dropshot Coffee. You have two ways you can do this: pick up by courier or direct delivery to the Dropshot Roastery. Both forms require a return form in advance.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any problem must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the products. We assure you of all our support and all kindness to be completely satisfied with the purchase made.
Only non-food products (such as equipments) that have not been used or used in any way (except for the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 9 to 15 in respect of distance contracts and contracts outside commercial spaces may be returned), the following: "sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons because they have been unsealed by the consumer");
Food items cannot be returned, according to the law: Government Ordinance 34/2014, the return of products does not apply in the case of the sale of food, beverages or commonly used products used in the household, delivered by the trader to the domicile , residence or at the consumer's workplace.
REFUNDED
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return . Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return .
The returned products must be accompanied by proof of payment, with all accessories;
The shipping with returned products is paid by the customer;
