Brazil Frutas de Verano comes from Santa Barbara farm, in Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, and is produced by Paulo Veloso Junior, part of the second generation of the family. Under his leadership, finca Santa Barbara continues the legacy started by his father, with a strong focus on sustainable production, consistency, and a modern approach to quality.

This Red Catuai lot was grown at around 1100 m and processed as a natural, with a 48-hour aerobic fermentation stage followed by slow patio drying. The result is a Brazil that feels more lively and fruit-driven than the classic chocolate-and-nuts profile: it keeps a sweet base of chocolate and caramel, while adding notes of raisins and ripe dark cherries.

The name Frutas de Verano points to that ripe, juicy, summer-fruit feeling in the cup. Roasted as a modern espresso, it has enough sweetness and structure to work beautifully with milk, but also enough character to be served on its own - a more colorful and expressive take on Brazilian espresso.

Where does the coffee you roast come from?

Our coffee comes from sustainable farms, carefully selected from various producing regions. We visit at least two different origins each year, where we get to know the farmers personally and see first-hand the processing methods. This way, we ensure that each batch meets our quality and traceability standards.

Can I return the coffee?

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for coffee packages.

Why does my coffee taste different from one order to another?

Specialty coffee is a natural product. The flavor may vary slightly depending on the harvest, growing conditions, and roast profile chosen for that batch, but we promise to always maintain our standards of quality and freshness.
