Brazil Placer Rojo comes from Paulo Veloso Junior at Santa Barbara farm in Minas Gerais, Brazil, at 1100 meters above sea level. It is a natural Red Catuai lot that takes the classic Brazilian profile into a more intense and expressive direction, while still preserving the sweetness and structure that make this origin so approachable.
The processing follows a controlled natural approach, with a longer fermentation stage that helps build a cup with more vibrancy, more fruit character and a livelier overall profile. The result is a coffee that still delivers the body and comforting base many expect from a Brazil, but with added aromatic ''tension'' and a more noticeable acidity.
In the cup, expect pineapple, red fruits, dark chocolate and hazelnut. That combination gives the lot a distinctive personality: it moves beyond the more familiar, linear side of Brazil and offers something more energetic, modern and memorable as an espresso. How long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
We process orders within 2–4 business days, depending on workload. On the first business day after the weekend, we process all orders received on holidays. Delivery in Romania is then made in approximately 24–48 hours, depending on the courier and location.
Where does the coffee you roast come from?
Our coffee comes from sustainable farms, carefully selected from various producing regions. We visit at least two different origins each year, where we get to know the farmers personally and see first-hand the processing methods. This way, we ensure that each batch meets our quality and traceability standards.
Can I return the coffee?
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for coffee packages.
Why does my coffee taste different from one order to another?
Specialty coffee is a natural product. The flavor may vary slightly depending on the harvest, growing conditions, and roast profile chosen for that batch, but we promise to always maintain our standards of quality and freshness.
