The Kercha processing station in the southern region of Guji represents an advance and a huge help for the small producers of the area, who until the establishment of the station had to travel 12 hours by car, which often compromised the harvests. We like this batch for its vibrant fruity notes and elevated sweetness, and the chocolate finish ensures a comfortable aftertaste in most brewing methods.

Interesting aroma

For some time, I've been buying "Milky Way".
I wanted to try something else and the aroma is more interesting than Milky Way, for my taste :).

I can say Guji Sharo is probably my favourite coffee from Dropshot. I use it for V60, good balance, light body, fine taste, complex flavour. A "must taste".
