We are DROPSHOT roasters, creators of specialty coffee, born in Bucharest in MMXVIII.

We hand-craft our coffees using high-quality raw materials, obsessively perfecting roast profiles, trying to honor the hard work of the farmers and the trust our customers invest in us.

The effort of our small team is behind every coffee bean that leaves our roastery. Our colleagues, our suppliers and especially our customers are part of the final product and we are so grateful to them.

Brand architect

Razvan is in charge of branding and quality development. Not just smart marketing, but also sourcing and roasting delicious coffees, coffee business consulting and educational activities. He enjoys playing paddle tennis in his free time and kitesurfing on vacation.

Head of operations

Larisa is responsible for operations, making sure everything runs smoothly for everyone every day. With her aeronautical engineering mindset, she optimizes processes and makes things easy for everyone. She loves airplanes and social media.

Head Roaster

Mihai is our main roaster, he is responsible for most of our delicious coffees, single origins and blends. He enjoys gardening and home cooking in his free time.

Finance & Logistics

Alexandra takes care of our accounting and logistics. She is passionate about hiking, tattoos, and spending time with her sister.

Head Barista

George is our coffee wizard, he is the heart and soul of our little coffee shop inside our roastery. He is passionate about specialty drinks and fitness.

Operations

Andrei is the man behind almost every bag of coffee that comes out of our roastery. He is a great team player, loves rap music, action sports, and socializing.
