The Sao Domingo farm is overseeing 320-hectare, of which 140 are dedicated to coffee cultivation. These numbers recommend it as a relatively small farm for Brazil, but the infrastructure and technology it has access to propels it among the most serious farms, with its own processing station, modern and complete. This batch is an Acaia varietal that offers a classic profile in the cup, but still with a personality of its own and fruity notes in chocolate layers.
