The collaboration with our good friend and partner, Alejo Castro, brings us closer not only to Costa Rican foundation lots, but also to such rare and exotic varietals. One example is this Starmaya, an F1 Hybrid that manages to combine a wide range of notes in the cup and create a unique experience every time. The profile works for most brewing methods, mixing the fruity, slightly vibrant notes of baked apples with the sweet layers of chocolate usual to the process.

Diminetile sunt mai bune cu prospetimea acestei cafele

Ma intampina cu arome de merisoare si mere, apoi vine ciocolata si un belsug de alte arome complexe, foarte echilibrate. Totul e viu si vibrant, dar nu exagerat. E o bucurie de fiecare data cand o beau.
