Indonesia is a truly challenging and captivating destination, taking us to an area of rarely encountered tastes and aromas. The Klasik Beans cooperative was founded in 2008 and already works with no less than 200 small producers in this area of Indonesia. With three processing stations under control and manually harvesting the coffee cherries, this cooperative manages to offer consistently high-quality coffee batches. We chose this lot for its lively flavor notes and high sweetness, making it suitable for both espresso and filter.
