The Baru Black Mountain farm is named after the dark tone of the volcanic soil of the Baru volcano, which is the highest point in the country, reaching 3,800 meters. It also offers one of the richest and most diverse floras. Pedro Rodrigo Escribano has over a decade of experience in specialty coffee production and presents us today with a lot featuring a predominantly chocolaty profile, complemented by the complexity of blackcurrant, tangerine notes, and the fragrance of tonka beans.
